Why don't all sky scrapers have wind turbines on top?

I agree with Chris, have you ever been close to a commercial turbine? They are huge.

Also, most modern skyscrapers are not the solid old style (New York Empire State Building etc.) type. Although very strong architecturally they are basically frameworks covered in glass. As Chris said, potentially a big impact on the design....Show more
