Is a weighted vest a bad idea to wear during work?
I work at a restaurant in the kitchen and I was wondering if a weighted vest was a bad idea. I heard they can be bad for your knees and/or back. My shifts range from about 5-7 hours. I obviously won't be doing any running or anything like that, the most I'll be doing would be moving and walking quickly. Every now and then I'll bend over or crouch.
