Should i take a break?
should i take a break from my workouts today? what i mean is take a break day? i worked out the day before and burned 700 calories but today im feeling really sore around my arms and legs and i was just wondering if i should workout today? i already ran today and burned like 100 calories from school since it is a run day. should i take a break or should i workout today even if i am sore?
info about me: im 210 ibs and 5'8, i underwent a weight loss and lost 65 pounds. my goal weight is to at least make it around 170-190 range to see if it is good or not.
i have already took a break day 2 days ago.
