Do my ankles hurt because I am overweight or because I am working out more than I am used to?
I have started to go to the gym everyday and I always run on the treadmill. I run about 3-5 miles a day, however I don't run continuously. I have to walk every fifteen minutes. After my workouts I have noticed that my ankles are really sore. I am 5'3" and 153 pounds. I am a little overweight for my height. Is that the reason why my ankles are sore or am I running in a weird way? My ankles aren't swollen or anything just very sore when I walk
