My supervisor has been having medical isssues and not at work.
People are gossipping about him Asking me about him.
But I refuse to talk to them. They are questioning his managerial skills.
Shouls I tell my supervisor this?

That's tough, but no. I would remind the people who are spreading the gossip that gossip has no place in a professional atmosphere and that if the boss was unable to do his job that his supervisor would determine that. Remind your coworkers that they are being paid to do a job and benefit the company and gossiping is taking not how to achieve a job well done.

You'd do better to refuse to discuss others' personal business, whether the boss or anyone else. Make it clear you will not discuss it at all.
