Is this smoking habit a real deal breaker? It’s only American spirits about 2-3 packs per month? ?
Female closet American spirits smoker about 3/day -dating deal breaker?
I know if I didn’t smoke my potential matches would increase... I’m an intellect, artist, free spirit, disorganized person, runner and anxious sort with a few bad habits and one tends to be a big one considering what I value in others doesn’t usually turn out to be a smoker. I’m healthy besides that habit and I’m more so a closet smoker, very shameful of it.
Why not just quit? That’s not my question! Lol.
I want the truth. Would you date a casual smoker who really does want to quit and plans to quit who also values marriage and motherhood in next stages of life?

It would be a deal-breaker if you actually HAD a deal with someone who insisted you shouldn't ever smoke at all.
But surely you must be aware that some people don't mind in the least if a friend or date smokes occasionally. Why not say "Occasional light smoker"? And don't make any promises in advance about stopping - it's just not realistic.
I'll tell you what would put ME off much more than your smoking - it's the words "anxious" and "free spirit". I am sick of people being "anxious" though to be fair it's not as bad as them saying 'I have anxiety" as if it were a real illness.
And anyone who boasts about being a "free spirit" is usually as boring as hell.Just saying. Best of luck anyway. Don't creep and crawl and apologise. Smoke if you want to; don't lie about it.

Are you a New Yorker? I ask bc I used to live in NY and SO MANY ppl insisted that they smoked "only" 1-3 cigs per day. But to answer yr question, it would be a deal breaker. Sorry! But I as a guy am also interested in starting a family and smoking during pregnancy is 100% unacceptable. Sure, you might be able to quit before motherhood. OTOH, many women can't or won't stop smoking.

It is for me, and most of the other 4/5ths of people who do not smoke.
Smoking makes you ugly. It robs the collagen in you skin which helps to make it stretch. Thus, you end up with wrinkles, and premature aging.
