I have no idea what a "Perfect statement in winning" is or how it relates to baseball.
If they stay three games ahead of the Tigers, or even one or two games, they'll win the division. But the Tigers are getting some starting pitching back and they're really hitting the ball. The Indians have a good rotation and pitching wins divisions.

MLB is perfect in its imperfection. Hitters are celebrated even though they fail in their task 70% of the time and teams can lose 48.5 % of their games and still win a championship.
The Indians don't have to be perfect; they just have to be better than everyone else.

By my thinking the only way to make a "perfect statement by winning" is to win every game (anything less would be imperfect)
