It's not an expiration it's a "Sell By" date, and possibly up to two weeks if it's kept in a really cold fridge (a single person will have a colder refrigerator as it is opened less often)

Juice dorsn't have an "expiration" date. Food and drink doesn't "expire".

Depends on the juice (eg; apple, orange, tomato) as the acid and other elements infiltrate differently. If in doubt, do not drink.
