Is vitamin d pharmacokinetics linear? If so or not, can you explain why?

***I am referring to figure 2 in this article. I just need someone to explain why or why not this is a linear graph.

Without reading the whole article I lack the context to speak authoritatively, however I see two lines on that graph, one of which appears to be linear and one that does not.

A linear graph, which is the graph of a linear function, simply means that as you move a point up or down the x axis, it will also move up or down the y axis a FIXED amount. If the amount varies, then you probably have a parabolic or hyperbolic function/graph. In layman's terms, if the graph is of a straight line, the graph is linear. If it's curved (or does anything else for that matter), it is not.
