Yes, there are. Sometimes people have bones, ligaments and even whole organs from animals, like pigs for example.

Buddy of mine has a pig valve in his heart. It needs to be replaced every 10 years or so.

Less now than in the past. For example, heart valves have been used from pigs and we used to get insulin from cattle and pigs. All of these have two potential problems. One is rejection by the human immune system. The other is zoonoses, which are diseases transmitted from an animal to a human.

Nowadays with biotechnology we use bacteria to synthesise human insulin. Technology is being greatly employed to mange disease without the need to use parts from non-human animals.

Shark skin is used on intense burns.  Pig hearts were the precursor of artificial hearts.  Cow blood was used at one point for backup during surgical operations.   There's more information online.

As I recall, the first heart transplant was from a baboon to a human. It didn't last all that long.

The most common animal-sourced tissues for transplants or other uses are insulin (from pigs and cattle) and heart valves (also mostly from pigs).

Most therapeutic insulin has always come from animals - because it's so difficult to synthesize in useful quantities.  Pig heart valves have been used successfully since the late 1970s.

A recent series of pig cornea transplants could make that the new preferred source, but it's still too new to tell for sure.

Full organs are not used for several reasons - but with advancements in genetic engineering, animal organs (again, most likely pigs) could eventually be the preferred source for all transplants.

    Like for transplants?

Probably not, usually it's hard enough to find a matching human organ, and even then we cannot guarantee beforehand that the organ will not be rejected

To date, no xenotransplantation trials have been entirely successful due to the many obstacles arising from the response of the recipient's immune system. "Xenozoonoses" are one of the biggest threats to rejections, as they are xenogenetic infections. The introduction of these microorganisms are a big issue that lead to the fatal infections and then rejection of the organs.

Yes the lens of another animal can be used in a human eye. We don't always have enough cadaver lenses available so we use animals
