No, the Charllote protestors are protesting the killing of a man named Keith Scott. The Terrence case in some other state is already being dealt with. Shelby's been put on administrative leave while an investigation is being conducted.

Not all blacks are protesting this, just the ones in Charlotte . . . right now. They could be paid protesters unwittingly playing fool for all we know.
Tbh, I think Democrats sent their black faces over to Charlotte to ignite a protest thing because they need another Brown-like fiasco from blacks because they know that this election is looking bad for Hillary, and she really needs to win.
I think this attempt is going to fail though just like the Terrence attempt failed. But they're definitely looking for anything that they can blow out of proportion.
I think blacks should be careful. No telling what Hillary might do in desperation.
