A spider wouldn't be able to bite you through hair, and given they don't bite unless you trap one against the skin, It would just try to crawl off you.
Most spider bites are like ant bites and don't do anything anyway.
The house spiders I have just don't bite. Wandering males are not even good climbers and sometimes fall on my head or arm, startle the daylights out of you, but when you see it is just a spider, you can put it on a wall out of harms way, play with it, keep it for a pet, anything you like:

As for dying from a bite,,that hasn't happened in over 40 years.
As for biting at all, spiders are not the biters their hideous reputation makes of them:

It depends what type of spider but mostly you would just get a bump and then it would go away.

Depends on the spider.
Could be nothing, could be fatal.

Sounds like you need to get a grip.
