I got banned from a Coin store. Can the store owner ban me from other stores and/or coin shows?

Just yesterday I got into a heated argument with the manager of a coin store that I have been going to for a year now. This is the first time I talked to this guy. I told him he was being unfair to me, and in my opinion, he wasn't too nice. I called him later on and I got so mad that I called him a jerk. Later on, I sent him an e-mail that in my opinion was a big mistake because it was a negative e-mail. Later he sent me a reply saying that I'm no longer allowed in his store. I just want to know if he can ban me from other coin stores out there or if he can ban me from attending coin shows.

Any stores he owns, yes.

He can't ban you from anything but his store. But he can talk to other people, and they can decide to ban you (or not) from their stores.

Only stores and events he controls.

No, he does not have the authority to prevent you from entering other establishments or coin shows.

In the mean while, since you have been on notice not to enter his store, do not do so or you can be arrested trespassing.

From this incident, you should learn that you must conduct yourself in an orderly and respectful fashion. I have been able to tell someone off in the kindest way and with a smile without losing my temper or resort to name calling. You should, too.

Of course he can banish you from his store. It is his business. No, he does not have authority to stop you from attending coin shows unless he is a part owner or manager of those or he informs others to do the same.
