It's their store and their property so therefore yes. It's just like If someone doesn't want you in their house they can kick you out without having a valid reason.

no idea what 'habits' have been shopping there for years - small town gossip, maybe\/ \\\\she just kept repeating '\i don't like your shopping habits'. over and over and also banned my handicapped son who was standing beside me. \it was humiliating. \is she assuming \i'm unsavory for some reason\\\\\\\\\/ \perhaps it's gender? Sexual identification\? ReligionI Maybe she just hates to look at me - regardless, no reason was given other than 'I don't like your shopping habits" This is a very small town and done loudly in front of my son and many witnesses.

Yes, although it might not be in her best interest as a business owner unless your shopping habits are disruptive, such as throwing things on the floor or taking things from other shoppers.

She can ban you and she can refuse to sell you anything on display.
A marked price on a item for sale is only "an offer to treat".
