How to answer this interview question?

So I am 23 years old and i am the Assistant Store Manager of a shoe store, i have been working there since January 1st, and i really need a new job. In my time there, I have seen 10 employees quit, because the store manager plays favorites, it condescending and has stabbed people in the back after lying to their face, she is also very emotional and sometimes our work getting done depends on what kind of mood she is in. I have been going in as early as 3am to unload freight, while she never comes in early than 9am, I have been worked to the bone basically and I've had enough.

I have 3 job interviews and a common question is, why do you want to leave your current job?
i can't exactly say the real reason, but what is are some good standard answers to that question

I think you could honestly tell the truth. Just say that the current management above yourself is causing you discomfort at your job. Most employers would understand.

Just look for a another job. If they ask why you are leaving, just tell them you are dissatified. I had over 15 jobs and that's what I always said and they accepted it. Never bad mouth your pervious employer under any condition.

It's best to tell the truth but don't tell it in a way that makes it sound like you are whining or complaining, as you have done in your question here. Simply say that you felt that you were incompatible with the work environment and management there. Of course, quitting after less than 6 months doesn't say much for your ability to adjust and adapt to the job. There's not much you can say or do to make this sound like a positive situation.

I'm looking for something that aligns to my skill set, where the culture is a good fit for my values (talk about hard-working, committed, dedicated, etc), and there is the opportunity to make a positive contribution. No matter what, don't bash your current employer - if you do that in an interview you will look like a complainer or problem employee.
