What is a good budget wireless headset for my new GTX 1080 PC?

I really need a cheap one because I spent all my money on an i7 7700k and a gtx 1080.

I have two LG 27UD68-P 27-Inch 4K UHD IPS monitors and a Razer Kraken 7.1 headset (wired).
I want a wireless headset that I don't have to spend a lot of money on.

Id say it was a good move to spend most of your money on the hardware that procides the power and visuals. Only an idiot would downgrade the graphics card or processor at the expense of a headset.

Wireless headsets are unreliable. Just get one that plugs in through the 3.5mm jack.

You could try Logitech's website to see what's available, they are usually somewhat middle-of-the-road both in terms of quality and price.

Sounds like poor planning. If you don't have the budget for a headset, you probably didn't put a high-end monitor (4K or VR) on your shopping list either, so all that GPU power is going to waste. Good work, noobcake. Good work.

Ok......so what is your budget?

Steelseries and Astro get lots of Rants and Raves but then again I think a lot of these reviews are bought off. They're probably decent headsets nonetheless. I had a Corsair headset and that thing was quite sturdy and the sound quality was pretty decent. A couple years later I bought the infamous Kingston HyperX Cloud 2 and I really didn't see any difference between one and the other. Everything Razer I have ever had broke within a year.

You can also save money by buying open box products on newegg and amazon.
The headsets I buy now are either Sennheiser or Beyerdynamic. Good soundcards have a built in amplifier, which eliminates the need for an external amp, and are the only choice for recreating virtual sound.
