While the i3 6100 should hold up in games, Newegg has i5 6400s for 129.99$ after a 50$ rebate, I would HIGHLY suggest getting the i5 instead.

The GTX750TI is already 1.5 generations old, it's still a respectable card, but I would suggest saving another 100$ and waiting for AMD's RX480.

If you must buy the GTX750TI though, it will perform decently at 720p. Assassin's creed Syndicate should run at around 60FPS with high settings (according to gaming-debate), Witcher 3 should also run at a respectable 45FPS medium-high (according to DigitalFoundry, 1080 is 133% of 720p), And I would guess that Watch Dogs 2 should run at least a respectable 30fps on low settings (just a guess with no basis)

My advise add about 1,000$ to your budget

ok for the gpu you can get a gtx 960 for around 155$ and on almost all games on 1080 get maxed setting in games with over 60 frames. you will want a quad core at least with a 3.00ghz or up if you want it maxed out on 1080. 8gb of ram is all you really need in games and the hhd is good you will also need a good power supple and motherboards don't matter much as long as the cpu works on it if you not overclocking.

The 750 TI barley cuts the now performance wise since games now are more gpu and cpu intensive your going to need a new video card. I would say get a RX 480 and a i5 6400s like what Benjamin just said. If you want to cut the cost even more you can buy a 8gb stick of ddr3l clocked at 1866mhz.

If you are going to buy an i3, make sure the cpu is upgrade able, even fallout 4 has a minimum cpu spec of an i5 2300 with no i3's listed and the requirements are going up. Also stay with nvidia on the gpu, not so much as they are a better card but some games have a lower nvidia card requirement vs radeon. Learn how to build one, it's cheaper, you tube covers just about everything. Build and i7 2600k, overclock it, get a very good nvidia gpu and at least 8gig of ram.

Ok, these parts are WAY over your budget and aren't going to cost you $500.

If you want to play The Witcher 3 and other graphically demanding games save up another $500 and build a PC or maybe think a bit cheaper and look at the minimum system requirements for these games and go for that.

GTX 750ti? Better pump it up, at the expense of HD, perhaps shave off some memory amount if budget needs.

Have you researched GAMING PCs??? Nobody offers GAMING PCs at a budget price (<> $500), unless they are trying to SCAM people.

Good GAMING PCs start at about $ 1000, and go up from there.

And, the System Requirements for the most popular high-end Games should tell you EXACTLY how powerful a PC each Game really needs. Then, you have to find a PC that is also affordable for you.
