  • Digital Spy just deleted ALL of my posts, what to do?

Well, they didn't delete them, but moved them to the moderators only section, then permanently banned me. Now a lot of threads I contributed to no longer make any sense.

How do I go about appealing to get them restored if they keep ignoring me when I contact them?

  • Can I sue Loyd Grossman because I don't agree with Tata Steel's Scunthorpe site security policy?

Tata Steel have a policy where to enter the Scunthorpe steelworks site, your car has to be registered to be allowed through the gates, (automatic registration plate recognition), and the owner of the veichle has to go for an induction at the Visitor Centre at the main entrance. However, it is not permitted for somebody who borrows somebody else's veichle to go on to the site with that veichle, even if it has been registered.

Now, they are even planning on making people get breathlyzed before they can be allowed to enter the site to ensure that they aren't driving around the steelworks under the influence of alocohol.

Quite frankly, I don't agree with any of this. Can I sue Loyd Grossman for this? If not, can I sue Digital Spy for this instead?

  • Could Digital Spy get the police involved for this?

Could Digital Spy get the police involved if they ban somebody from the forums, but that banned user keeps constantly re-registering new user names. I've heard that they could send a complaint to your ISP, but could they get the police involved over it? Could they make a court case out of the issue?

  • My kitchen ceiling has caved in, can I sue House Of Fraser?

I came home this morning from a holiday I had been on, only to find that my kitchen ceiling has totally caved in! My home insurance won't cover ceiling collapses in any rooms.

I am confused at where I stand with this this problem. Can I sue House Of Fraser for the damage?

  • Can Google sue me for this?

Say for example I'm using Google Maps and look at a certain city using the Street View mode. I don't like the imagery of the particular street I am looking at so I click "Report a problem" and report the imagery as violating my privacy like for example "my car is in that imagery and I want it removed" and I do it multiple times until the whole street imagery has been reported, can Google sue me for spoiling the street view experience for everyone else because they will no longer be able to look at that particular steet using Strret View and instead seeing "This image is no longer available".?

  • What do they mean by this?

OK, so I posted something as a joke on a certain website, (here it is: www.windows7taskforce.com/view/3577) and the reply I got was it had been removed because... well you can see for yourself, but what do they mean by "Recommended buyer AAA+++++"? I am a bit confused by what they mean, so if someone knows and can tell me, thanks.

  • Is it possible to build a site like this?

I visited this site: www.windows7taskforce.com and decided I wanted to build a similar website based on how the mentioned site works. I tried contacting the owner of the website to see if I could get anything, but they declined to help me. Now I am wondering, is there anything available that lets me make a website that uses similar functionality to the mentioned website?

  • Is this video on YouTube any good?

I remember asking about how to get lots of views on my videos on Youtube, and the advice is working. I have made friends with quite a few people, and one of them wants to know if this is decent: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=999KQduw1Ew

I personally think it is good, but what does anyone here think to his video?

  • How to instantly get a a dozen thousand views on a Youtube video?

I need some tips on what I can to make a Youtube video clip that will get a dozen thousand views from say an hour from uploading plz. I tried uploading a cartoon video clip, and that got a few thousand of views instantly, but it later got pulled due to copyright problem.

I have got a video camera, but the problem is, life in my household is pretty damn boring, things out the ordinary VERY rarely happen, and I have no friends to do any video projects with (I never had any friends at school, and I still don't now), and my brother is very unwilling to help me.

So, does anybody here have any ideas for a Youtube video that will get a dozen 1000 views a mere hour from uploading?

    Thanks!

  • Enable revenue sharing for a Youtube vid?

I logged into my Youtube account today, and I got a message from Youtube telling me that one of my videos is popular so I can enable revenue sharing on it. This video clip has had between 2000 and 3000 views and was uploaded a few weeks ago. I have other video clips that have had well over 3000 views, but howcome Youtube hasn't offered me revenue sharing for any of the ones that have more views than this particular clip?

  • Is it wrong to do this?

I was wondering something; say if you were to find one of your friends on Facebook and use a picture of them as your display picture on a user forum, would that be by law illegal?

  • Best way to sabotage a disco?

Sorry if I have added this question to the wrong area before I ask.

    OK, here's the question:

Supposing a person goes to a place where a DJ is hosting a disco. This person really, really hates the DJ. In fact he hates the DJ so much he wants to sabotage the disco to make the DJ look a complete idiot. What would be a good way for that person to sabotage the disco?

Please note whatever ideas anyone suggests, I DO NOT intend to try ANY of the ideas, as I know full well it is wrong, and I would never do it, I'm just purely asking for hypothetical reasons.

    Thanks.

  • How can I gain weight, nothing seems to work?

OK, heres the problem: I am 17 years old nearly and have started college. I feel out of place becuz all my "friends" seem to tower over me like skyscrapers, and I am the smallest of them all, and "skinny". People at school used to make fun of me because I was "skinny", and even my own family, ie; my mum, my brother make fun of me. My mum really, really upsets me by gossiping to her friends about me describing me as "eating like a horse". I also understand that you have to be of a certain weight to donate blood, and I am not the right weight. :( I rarely excercise unless I am forced to, and I have tried and tried to eat loads of things that are bad for me, but still I hate to even look at myself in the mirror. I even tried to drink, yes, drink cooking oil, but it just made me dreadfully ill for two days. I am so upset about this, I can't even feel I can go and have a shower without screaming in frustration about myself. I am at my wits end. Will I always be thin and useless until I am really old and then die, or is there something else I can try without any special "pills" or anything like that?
