My cousin is about 15, and I ve never met her before, she s from a different country, i m a couple months younger then her, and I am sort of nervous of meeting her, i m intimidated by lots of girls, and I don t know how to stop being akward around them, any tips

Just go with the flow. It will be like making new friends with people who are not your cousin.

Just act around her like you would any other family member, because you're family! Maybe be a smidge nicer if it's the first time you're meeting her though. Ask questions, get to know her! You're lucky, all my cousins are way older than me; my parents are both the babies of their family! Good luck x
