Yes.
Though the US has also maintained a constant state of war against Native nations and against Black people, so that'd be the longest wars technically I guess. Because the US has never kept a single treaty it has ever made with Native peoples.

That is correct. North and South Korea are, to this day, still technically at war. And as we have seen many times since 1953, particularly in the last decade, the ceasefire agreement is tenuous.
