Nissan has its plant in Aguascalientes & its one of the most popular Japanese brands in Mexico. Nissan Tsuru (Nissan Sentra with 1990s body style) are the main choice for Taxi drivers. Many of the crossover SUVs that are for the US market are built in Mexico.
