What’s wrong with my body?

Recently I’ve lost most of my strength (can’t lift my leg as much) I’m tired most of the time, and I’m always gaining weight it seems. I’m a dancer, so this has become a major problem for me. Any help is appreciated!

Maybe you are low in iron and/or magnesium. Eat red meat and spinach.
