Thanksgiving antipasto board?

I will be entertaining a crowd of 16. What would you add or remove from this list of ingredients?

Prosciutto, salami, sopressata
Parmigiano reggiano, pecorino, robiola
Olives, artichoke hearts, roasted reds

You don't need both Parmigiano and Pecorino. Too similar. You could use some bocconcini (small balls of fresh mozzarella) instead.

And definitely add some fruit - fresh figs if you can find them, or dried if you can't. I'd fill in the holes with mixed roasted nuts.

Some good 25 year old aceto balsamico to go with the Parmigiano Reggiano

I agree the cheeses are too similar.

If it were me, I'd add sliced ciabatta, especially if I were also serving alcohol.

I would not be serving any of it, until you ask the people if they can eat those foods. Some may be allergic, some may not like it.

I would eat the olives, roasted reds, and artichoke hearts, only.
