Statistics question: z scores and p value?

u=29.5 (women weight)
o (SD) = 1.6
xbar=28.5 (women goal weight)
n=45

Hnull: u=28.5
Halt: u=/=28.5

Did the women meet their goal weight? Use alpha level 0.05 and interpret pvalue.

Im having trouble getting to the p value.I calculated SExbar to be 0.2385.

The formula for zstat: xbar-u/SE

(28.5-29.5)/0.2385=-4.19

With a zstat of -4.19, how do I find the p-value?

Sample mean = 28.5
Standard deviation = 1.6
Standard error of mean = σ / √ n
Standard error of mean = 1.6 / √ 45
SE = 1.6/6.7082
Standard error of mean 0.2385
z = (xbar- μ ) / SE
z = (28.5-29.5) / 0.2385
z = -4.1926

Find the p-value requires reading the normal distribution table.
P( |z| > 4.1926) = P( z > 4.19)+P(z < -4.19) = 0.0000+0.0000 = 0.0000
