I need to buy a rocket engine to build a lunar lander. It needs to provide 5 kN of force, have an ISP of at least 250, and be no larger than five feet long and three feet wide. Preferably smaller.

AT present can't be done. Give it 50 years and it may be readily available.
Solid fuel or liquid, or perhaps hypergolic? Throttleable? ISP of 250 will be problematic particularly in a solid propellant motor. Probably need to talk to the Russians.
If you go on Amazon or eBay and type in Model Rocket, you will get a load of results, mostly made by Estes. You will have to use several motors fastened together to achieve the power you want.
