9 - began a campaign against slavery and human trafficking
10 - gave 500 million in small business loans for woman-owned businesses
11 - implemented his travel ban
12 - withdrew from the Paris Climate agreement
13 - withdrew from TPP
14 - declared public health emergency for the opioid epidemic
15 - ordered the first ever audit of the Department of Defense
16 - negotiated increased NATO support in Afghanistan
17 - reopened NAFTA for talks
