Worried about my ex but too scared to call?

Since we’ve been broken up he’s been going down the wrong path (doing drugs, selling drugs, hooking up with random girls, hanging out with the wrong people) He told me he wanted nothing to do with me but If something bad happens to him i would never forgive myself but my anxiety is so bad, and im too scared to call :(
