Was the cop at the Florida school a coward, or was he just in an unwinnable situation created by the weak US government?
17 kids were shot and killed with an AR15 within 6 minutes. Local cop had a hand gun and 6 minutes to react. I'm not defending him, but isn't the real problem the society that puts people in such situations to begin with?
It was certainly a tough situation and he might have been injured or killed, but it was far from unwinnable. Regardless, that was the job he signed up for. The police are put into these situations every day and virtually every one of them steps up to the challenge.
He was derelict in his sworn duties. He should be denied his pension. Fear of being killed before his retirement does not justify abandoning minors, students to American Carnage.
