I think it depends on when in the season. 49ers will be instantly great, but the Raiders will take at least 8 or ten games to fully transition into a new offensive scheme. the 49ers will have much the same offensive strategy under Kyle Shanahan just with better weapons, the Raiders on the other hand are completely revamping the offense especially offensively under the leadership of Jon Gruden. Overall, I think the 49ers will be the better team this season.

I don't trust The Oakland Raiders head Coach at all. He'd not have a winning Season so long.
