MOTORCYCLES, for beginners, which model do you recommend?
- in order to be able to go off road, but also to be able to travel, to add luggage case/cases

A motorcycle that is good for travelling but also good off road is typically called a "Dual Sport." Several manufacturers offer different models, ranging in size from a 200cc Yamaha to a 1200cc BMW. The ones 650cc and larger are probably better for riding on highways, but MAY be a bit much for a beginner. My favorite is still the Suzuki 1000cc V-Strom.

'JetDoc' says the V-Strom 1000, I say the V-Strom 650. Ridden both, the 650 is a better begineer bike IF you have little riding experience, but a bit much for a true begineer though.
PS- The V-Strom 650 is nice but if you have the money the Triumph Tiger 800 is better off-road.
