So when I connect my Beats Solo's to my laptop the sound only comes out of the right side and it sounds very stereo like and slightly muffled. When I use the wire, it works perfectly fine and when I connect them via bluetooth to my phone they also were perfectly fine. Would anyone know how to fix this?

This is EXACTLY what happens when people waste their money on FASHION TOYS marketed very aggressively for gullible people who do NOT know a single thing about REAL audio quality/durability!
Just ditch those and get yourself something from REPUTABLE manufacturers instead such as Sennheiser, Shure, Grado, Denon, AKG, Bowers & Wilkins, Bang & Olufsen, Etymotic, Beyerdynamic, Audio-Technica. These companies have been around for DECADES so they KNOW what REAL audio quality is all about! Therefore, they do NOT NEED any lousy rappers nor other celebrity wannabes to boost their sales.
