Why did Obama say, “Those Jobs Are Just Not Going to Come Back” in regards to manufacturing jobs? Did he Lie or was very Ignorant?

Barack Obama, the worst president in modern history with lowest GDP since Post WW2, was asked in June 2016 about the Carrier Corp jobs in Indiana and the loss of manufacturing jobs in America. “Those Jobs Are Just Not Going to Come Back” he responded. As of June 2018, the Trump administration has brought back 362,000 manufacturing jobs to America. Why did Obama lie? Whom told him to say that?

You do understand that Obama inherited the WORST Recession in this country since the Great Depression, right? He brought the country from a great recession to a thriving economy that has just kept on building these past two years because, until lately with the tariffs, Trump hasn't done anything to upset the economic train. NOW we are LOSING JOBS because of tariffs.

"Those jobs are not coming back." Like coal mining jobs, you can sign executive orders and you can deregulate the industry and you can allow massive pollution and you can give huge tax breaks, AND PRESTO! A few jobs come back for a short time....Gee congratulations.
You're obsessed with Obama. I wonder why... are you jealous about the size of his schlong?

Corporations aren't loyal to the United States. We live in a global capitalist world now (thanks to the United States). And China is objectively better for capitalism. Absolutely enormous labor force with barely any regulation that you can pay barely anything. Passing huge tariffs isn't going to keep corporations in the USA. It will just make them flee faster to China. Most corporations these days are publicly traded and globally owned and have no loyalty to the United States.
