If she is a transgender and likes guys only is she consider gay because of she has feature of a male? Also is he consider gay since she has a bick and trust me no straight guy would want a girl with a bick. (Sorry not sure if that word dick would be censor out so I wrote bick instead)

No. Trans women who exclusively like men are straight because women who exclusively like men are straight. Same for the straight man.
Someone's sexuality is determined by the gender of the people they are/aren't attracted to, not the people's anatomy.
