Can a girl be consider gay, or a guy?
If she is a transgender and likes guys only is she consider gay because of she has feature of a male? Also is he consider gay since she has a bick and trust me no straight guy would want a girl with a bick. (Sorry not sure if that word dick would be censor out so I wrote bick instead)

If the person is a transman and is attracted to other men that the person would be trans and gay.

No. If you're born a girl you're a girl. I and most other gay guys wouldn't date a ftm trans guy.

No. Trans women who exclusively like men are straight because women who exclusively like men are straight. Same for the straight man.
Someone's sexuality is determined by the gender of the people they are/aren't attracted to, not the people's anatomy.
