Okay so a couple of weeks ago I went to Croatia and I have a lot of leftover calories from then. Should I eat all of them back spread out throughout the next couple of weeks?

I don't know where you got the information about calories being spread over days at a time or weeks because that is the silliest thing I've ever heard. Your calories count from the time you wake up to the time you go to bed.
