Opinions on Manchester in the UK?

What’s it like in Manchester UK? Opinions? Is it better than Liverpool or leeds

Manchester city centre has been built up nice but I think the city as a whole has more crime problems than Liverpool even though Liverpool is often cited as the crime capital of the north, that is not really true because Manchester still has more sink estates and dilapidated tower blocks than Liverpool does. Liverpool is better for buildings and the ferries, but I think there are probably more jobs in Manchester. They both have their good and bad points. As for Leeds, I wouldn't wee on it if it was on fire.
