If 0-30 is the only consideration then the answer will be in the gearing and suspension and weight.
?
Given equal size (displacement) engines, the Two-Stroke will produce more power and accelerate faster because it has a power stroke EVERY time the piston comes up to top dead center, while the Four-Stroke engine only fires every other time.

0-30?
A Honda CR 500 is a bit faster than a Yamaha 450F to that speed depending on gearing. But that is in fractions of a second.
Now a question back- Why do you ask?
I know that knowledge is great but some of it is trivial BS that just fills the brain cells up to leave less room for more important issues.
My 450-4 has more torque than a 500-2 but isn't as fast 0-30, thus one weighs against the other.
