She’s always sick and stuff. She has money issues and problems but she’s also funny and cool to be atound. Thing is her attendance is bad Calls off a lot and leaves work early. Our other friend is probably going to be fired for not coming in and leaving early. My attendance isn’t good but it’s better than theirs. I just I don’t want her to get fired also. I always hang out with her at lunch. She’s the only reason why I co e there, I mean to make some money but she gets me through my day If she leaves then I’m gonna want to leave too

Improve your own attendance. She must know that she is going to lose her job because of her absenteeism; she is responsible for herself.
You cannot go through your work life by deciding to stay or go because of a coworker - otherwise you'll never have a steady job which means you will never have a steady income. People who don't stay with one employer very long eventually don't get employed in the first place. No employer wants to hire people who can't stick with the job. People come and go for many reasons all the time. Wise up and start making better decisions.
You can always see people you like outside of work. If not, it means you weren't that close in the first place. There's a big difference between coworker relationships and friend relationships.
Before she gets fired, ask her if she wants to remain friends and exchange phone numbers so you both can catch up in private time. When she does leave, you might like the person who replaces her. But if you don't like your job, then go find a better one.
Your employer routinely lets all of you get away with poor attendance without consequences. The bar is pretty low, if she does the minimum to improve, they will probably let it go. You can tell her you are concerned and encourage her to do better, but the rest is up to her. In the meantime, if you are this dissatisfied with your job, then you need to start looking for something better. Your days there are numbered, even if management is neglectful and permissive.
