Can connect to second router but no internet?
Hello. Before I ask my initial question, I'll explain the setup and background.
I am helping a business fix their internet after a camper reported that the internet had gone out. I went to check, and sure enough, I could connect to the network wirelessly, but there was no internet connection. We bought a new router and replaced them, so the following setup is the current setup:
In their house, the internet connects to the modem. The modem (ARRIS TM1602) connects to the router's (NETGEAR R7000) WAN connection port via a yellow ethernet cable. Out of the 4 available ethernet ports, 3 are used. The first goes to the house computer, the second one to the printer, and the third runs all the way up to their park into a switch (NETGEAR FS105). From this switch runs another ethernet cable into a gazebo about 15 feet away and into that router's (Sagemcom) WAN port.
The WAN light is green on the Sagemcom router, however I still receive no internet connectivity (other than being able to connect to the router itself). I can connect to the IP via a web browser and configure the router, see devices connected to the router, etc. They all say the WAN is enabled.
The only difference I'm skeptical of is the IP difference. The router read 192.168.1.19 while my phone read 192.168.1.6. If any more information is needed just ask and I'll get it to you ASAP.
Thanks in advance.
