If I have bleeding / period after coming off the injection does that mean I can get pregnant?

I can’t tell if it’s just bleeding or a period  but I jut wanna know if this means I can now get pregnant and if I do will it have any bad effects on the baby ?

We have no idea.  You might start ovulating now, you might not.  There's no way anyone online can tell if you are or aren't.  If you want to know if you're ovulating, you would manually chart (not an app or online calendar/calculator) your symptoms, sensation, BBT, etc.
