Unfortunately, the age keeps getting lower with kids relying on devices, especially in school. But, I would buy one for a ten year old--somewhere around fifth grade. But, I would restrict the use, and be careful what phone I would buy them. They definitely wouldn't be getting a thousand dollar iPhone. I would be too concerned with their personal safety....Show more
