We were just making it ourselves and there’s no time left to cook the turkey. My mom wants to do Thanksgiving dinner tommorow. Will the turkey that we bought still be good or are they done so they expire right at Thanksgiving, so that they can ship them to stores as early as possible?

As long as it was kept in the fridge the turkey will be fine to cook tomorrow.

I'd still cook it, my turkey only took 4 hrs to cook and it was 24 lbs. Just eat a late supper.
But yeah it's still find tomorrow.
