Times had flew away really fast?

Look I know I just turned 18 a month ago and this year time flew away so fast I remember when I was in 3rd Grade Freshman year of High School or in Preschool it went slow now this year has gone so fast I want next year 2019 slows down because I'm going to graduate High School and finish that year would even get better than 2018! Is there a way it would slow down?
