I had a dream where me and a few others used a ouija board, it was uneventful and I can't say it went poorly. However, I was startled awake by a few notifications on my phone. If none of us got the chance to say goodbye, is my consciousness now haunted?

You should just visualise finishing off the game and this time make sure it includes saying goodbye and putting the board back in it's box. Be sure to also visualise yourself surrounded in a protective white light before you start.
