Where s the cheapest place to live in Seattle?

I m writing a story and I need to know where the cheapest, worst place to live in Seattle is. Even if it s a location to park a trailer or float a houseboat.

It might not be cheapest, but Pioneer Square was the sketchiest.

Rent a Room $400-$600 a month.
You can live anywhere in Seattle and King County. Its not convenient because they may not offer kitchen use but it's the cheapest way to go.
It's very common.

Trailer parks are long gone for the city limits as far as I know.

Houseboats are Expensive to Dock!

A single room in an house or apt will be around $700 or more
