I started a lawn care business not too long ago and I got most of my clients from craigslist when it was free. What are some other ways that I can get some more mowing clients? Last year I put out about 2000 flyers and I only got two calls from them which is sad. I’ve tried just about everything But nothing really works.

referrals from current clients. Could even offer something like a free cut tor every referral who stays with you for at least 4 sessions

Try creating a FB page. Update it often.

Spend money. Put ad in weekly newspaper. Get professionally designed flyer, not some POS one you made with no design and lots of spelling/grammar mistakes.

a lot of people mow their own lawns now. and unless your prices are competitive, you won't get a lot of customers anyway, especially if the only service you do is mow the lawn. maybe add edging, bagging or blowing the grass off driveways and sidewalks, blowing it around the yard to get rid of clumps, and using a larger commercial mower to get it done quicker.
