That is a tweeter. It's engineered to carry the high frequency part of the program you play. I can't tell what your purpose is adding a tweeter. Wire it parallel with a full-range speaker and with a 5 uF capacitor on 1 of its leads. The impedance total, however, will be the less than the smallest impedance in the system. That's if there isn't a discreet channel for just a tweeter. In that case connect it to that with a 5 uF capacitor to block mids and low frequencies from it. You really need help with your writing more than your car.
