I'm not looking for remote start, or all the fancy shmancy tech. I just want an affordable, loud, obnoxious alarm that is moderate sensitive with trunk release (if available). Something like those ones in the 90s that were very loud and had a 5-6 tone alarm noise.

There are many simple alarms available- too many to list. The more important question is where will you shop for it and have it installed. You might start a Best Buy, or a stereo shop.

LOL nothing is gonna bang hard and loud for a cheap price. The sound of a police, ambulance and firetruck siren is about 80 to 120 decibels depending on how far and where the vehicle is at. The sound of a gunshot is about 100 to 180 decibels depending on what type of gun it is.
For example, if you go into a vehicle with a 30,000 watt sound system, be prepared to cover your ears. It's going to be very LOUD. Loud enough to fulfill an apartment community complex and a grocery store's parking lot with music and vibrate every person's home, vibrate every person's vehicle, and set on car alarms. A vehicle with a powerful sound system like this can reach up to about 160 decibels. That's only if the volume is high.
LMAO...here's what you can do buddy. You can install 2 12" 500 watt RMS PA speakers on the top roof of your vehicle and power it up with a 2 channel 500 watt car amplifier or a 2 channel 500 watt PA amplifier.
