Who is your case worker what's his or her name? Call and ask them. Or schedule an appointment to find out the answer.

This is not a USCIS case number. It is a Department of State case number for a case that has been assigned for eventual processing at the American Consulate in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. Once your Priority Date becomes current, the case will be sent to US Consulate Ciudad Juarez. Then Ciudad Juarez will mail you info on your interview appointment schedule, etc.
What's your Priority Date? Until Priority Date becomes current & the petition goes to Ciudad Juarez, you can check Priority Dates on the monthly Visa Bulletin. For Mexican citizens, Priority Dates are running 21-23 years. Who is your sponsor? What's your relationship to your sponsor?
