What would be your tactics as a manager, or what do u think of mine?

My idea is very revolutionary. In my system the players would constantly move in a circle around the pitch. By this I mean the players keep rotating positions.

LB-LCB
LCB-RCB
RCB-RB
RB-RW
RW- RCM
RCM-LCM
LCM-LW
LW- RS
RS-LS
LS-LB

And then the cycle starts again. The team would play possession based football and a pressing game also.
